When reporting a problem
Please include your device model, Android version, game version and the level where the issue occurs. A screenshot can help. Do not include passwords, full payment details or unnecessary personal information.
Full-game purchase
The first island is free. The remaining islands and their interludes are unlocked by one optional, non-consumable purchase. There are no subscriptions or advertisements. The current local price is shown by Google Play before purchase.
Restore a purchase
Use the Google account that made the purchase, install the game through Google Play, then use the restore option in the full-game purchase screen. If the purchase is pending, wait for Google Play to confirm it. Purchase access does not automatically transfer to a different store or Google account.
Progress and refunds
Progress is stored locally. Clearing app data can erase it. For purchase history or a refund request, use Google Play’s refund help. You may also contact us for assistance.
